- INSURANCE FOR CANCELLING THE BOOKING: We offer an insurance for cancellation of the booking that extends to: “Previous justification, it covers all the expenses of the cancellation and the return of the payment made. It also covers the days that will not be used in case of unexpected interruption, desease, critical accident or a major cause that can be justified. Inform yourself about coverage.
- Supplement to extend the leaving hour from the place: 11 euros: Always ask at arrival, the time when you should leave. Variable depending on the season and the availability. In case of not occupying the place, this supplement allows you to make your stay longer during the afternoon of the day when you’re leaving.
- To get the 20% benefit of discount for members it’s necessary to have your current payments up to date (last salary sheet,bank receipt or certificate of federation..). The discount for being a member in case of hiring more than one accommodation will only be applied to the one that is occupied by the member. A minimum of 6 months belonging to it is required.
- The Holidays Centre has the right to require a minimum of nights to stay in any season of the year and accommodation.
- Any service you may hire at the Holidays Centre can be modified. The Holidays Centre compromises to inform the client of the changes before their arrival to the resort. If the new conditions were not to be accepted before your arrival, the centre also compromises to return the total amount of money priorly payed.
- The photos of the brochure are merely an aspect sample. The accommodation assigned may not match the one in the picture, it will though have the same characeristics.
- All the accommodation places have a maximum capacity that will not be exceeded. If it does exceed, the Holidays Centre has the right to cancel the booking without the option of giving back the money, no matter if there are adults, children or babies in the place selected.
- These booking conditions are ruled in the inner regulation laws of the Holidays Centre. They will be applied in the transaction of the booking and during your stay at Ligüerre de Cinca.
